Internal Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical and product-related support to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and respond to enquiries timeously
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Assist external sales representatives where required
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
- Support stock control and coordination with the warehouse
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience in internal sales, preferably within industrial, mining, or technical environments
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, and/or electrical materials will be advantageous
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP or sales systems is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
