360 IT Recruitment Consultant

What you will be doing:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including client acquisition, job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop new business opportunities within the IT industry to expand Psybergates client base.
• Source top IT professionals through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to ensure candidate quality and fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage the entire offer-to-placement process.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks within the IT sector.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the companys ATS and recruitment systems.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a 360 recruitment role, specifically within the IT industry.
• Proven experience in contract placements and managing high-volume recruitment pipelines.
• Exposure to international recruitment or sourcing talent across global markets.
• Strong client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.
• Highly results-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required: 5+ years in full-cycle IT recruitment (contract focus)
