Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service and repair needs
• Open and manage job cards accurately
• Liaise between customers and workshop technicians
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding vehicle status
• Upsell additional services and maintenance where appropriate
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Process invoices and handle payments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a service advisor role at a franchised dealership
• Strong understanding of vehicle service procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (e.g., Kerridge/CDK or similar systems advantageous)
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
