We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a growing business in the telecommunications / office automation sector based in Cape Town. This is a fully onsite role for a hands-on leader who can manage a small sales team, drive revenue growth, and lead from the front.|

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team of approximately 36 staff
• Drive new business development and grow existing client accounts
• Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion performance
• Coach the team on prospecting, closing, and relationship management
• Build strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
• Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports for management
• Identify market opportunities within the Cape Town region
• Minimum Requirements:
• Proven sales management experience leading a small team
• Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunications, office automation, connectivity, IT hardware, printers/copiers, VOIP, or related industries
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Hands-on management style with strong leadership ability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Based in or able to commute daily to Cape Town office
