Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engineering Excellence:
Undertakes administrative responsibilities.
Ensures compliance with standards and client expectations.
- Project Implementation:
Manages project execution, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensures project quality and financial performance.

Maintains client relationships and explores new opportunities.

Requirements:
- BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA.
- 10+ years of experience.
Competencies:
- Experience in engineering of structures or civil infrastructure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and with teams effectively.
- Completed tertiary level civil engineering education.
- Previous experience in the industrial environment will be advantageous.
- Displays leadership qualities.
- Solid understanding of complex engineering problems.
- A proven record of successful projects in a senior engineering role.
- Previous experience managing engineering teams will be advantageous.
