Accountant (Contract)

A dynamic and fast-growing software company based in Centurion is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team on a short-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project in a tech-driven environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting
• Lead audit preparation and closure processes
• Ensure accurate and timely tax submissions and compliance
• Support the month-end and year-end financial close
• Assist with financial process improvements and documentation

✠Requirements:

• Relevant Accounting qualification (BCom Accounting or similar)
• Minimum 35 years experience in a full accounting function role
• Proven experience with audit finalisation and tax compliance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
• Available immediately for a 45 month contract
• Experience in the software or tech industry is advantageous
