Job Description

A Junior E-commerce Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily management and execution of online business activities across various e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, accurate product information, and an optimized customer experience.

• Monitoring stock availability and coordinating with supply chain or warehouse teams to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Assists in campaign execution, including promotional setup, banner updates, and price adjustments during key sales periods.
• Track campaign performance and provide basic data analysis, such as sales reports, conversion rates, and traffic trends, to support decision-making.
• Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, design, and customer service to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Handling customer inquiries, managing reviews, and supporting after-sales processes may also be part of the responsibilities.
• The position demands strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with e-commerce tools or backend systems.
