Job Overview

We’re helping our client, a performance-driven eCommerce growth partner, find a Part-Time Recruiter to support their hiring efforts and build a strong, high-quality candidate pipeline.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the early stages of the hiring process, ensuring candidates are well-vetted, aligned with role requirements, and a strong culture fit before moving forward.

• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and applicants
• Vet candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and cultural fit
• Clearly explain role expectations, hiring steps, and timelines
• Move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process
• Maintain detailed candidate notes and evaluations
• Coordinate with internal team members on candidate feedback and next steps
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple candidate calls weekly
• Familiarity with ATS tools, CRMs, or spreadsheets is a plus
