Digital Communication & Content Manager

Initial Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the content/marketing/upload team
• Drive internal and client-facing content strategies
• Create content briefs and oversee design output
• Handle client communication, strategy, and reports
• Support internal software, spot bugs, recommend improvements
• Optimise CRM and content request processes
• Pitch new campaign and signage content ideas
• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and AI enhancements
• Build and manage documents, brochures, decks, and site content

Required:

• Some form of tertiary education is preferred
• Highly organised with excellent project and time management skills
• Strong English communicator comfortable with client calls, team meetings, and emails
• Digitally savvy aware of trends, tools, and emerging platforms
• Able to create and manage content calendars
• Logical, smart, and flexible thinker with a great sense of urgency
• Collaborative yet confident working independently
• Willing and able to start early and occasionally work late

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Basic copywriting and proofreading
• Google and Meta ad management
• AI tools and automation
• Canva, Photoshop, or design briefing
• Social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer)
• SEO/blog writing and Mailchimp
