Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across the entire campus
• Maintain and strengthen the Christian ethos of the school
• Foster cohesion, collaboration, and alignment between all school phases
• Support and develop the schools leadership team
• Promote academic excellence while ensuring the holistic development of students
• Strengthen relationships with parents and the broader school community
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement
• Protect and enhance the schools culture and reputation
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school
• Ensure every student experiences a seamless educational journey from infancy to the end of Primary School

Requirements:

• An appropriate educational qualification
• Proof of registration with the relevant professional body
• Substantial leadership experience in a school environment
• A proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Experience managing complex organisational structures
• Strong strategic planning and organisational skills
• A proven record of school improvement and innovation
• A Christian whose faith is evident in word, character, and leadership
• A genuine love for children and young people at every stage of development
• Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and relational leadership skills
• Experience with the Cambridge Curriculum will be advantageous
