Role: Apprentice Joiner (Solid Wood Joinery Workshop)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a wood joinery or woodworking workshop
- Experience working with solid wood and general joinery processes
- Competent in the use of all standard joinery machinery (cutting, shaping, finishing equipment)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Formal qualification in woodwork/joinery will be beneficial (but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently on assigned projects from start to finish
- Collaborate effectively within a workshop team when required
- Deliver accurate, high-quality workmanship with attention to detail
- Ensure safe use of machinery and adherence to workshop standards
Additional Requirements:
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and meet deadlines
