As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reporting. Youll be exposed to a broad scope of responsibilities, offering excellent hands-on experience and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Handle financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage and support tax-related functions, including VAT and statutory submissions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- 1-3 years of relevant post-article experience
- Strong knowledge of tax and financial reporting
- Experience within retail or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous
