Were looking for an exceptional F&B Sales Manager to serve as the vital link between our guests and the heart of our operation. From first impression to fond farewell, youll be the face and voice that shapes each guests journey and ensures its nothing short of extraordinary.

What Youll Do:

• Personally welcome and engage with guests, managing their experience from arrival to departure
• Coordinate VIP stays, special requests, anniversaries, and repeat guest preferences
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, and Spa to ensure every detail is flawless
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns with empathy, speed, and professionalism
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and encourage return visits through meaningful connections
• Lead service recovery, support staff training, and uphold the highest hospitality standards
• Remain highly visible and available throughout the property to anticipate guest needs

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a guest-facing role (luxury hospitality preferred)
• A passion for service, excellence, and building authentic relationships
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues diplomatically
• Tech-savvy with experience using reservation or property management systems
• Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
