Vehicle Sales Executive

Description:

• Generate new vehicle sales through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Engage with walk-in customers and convert leads into sales
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
• Structure deals, including pricing, trade-ins, and finance options
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes and OEM standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid drivers license (essential)
• Proven experience in vehicle sales (new or used vehicles preferred)
• Strong sales track record with target-driven performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours
• Sales and closing ability
• Negotiation and persuasion
