One of our esteemed clients, being a leading law firm based in Pretoria is looking for admitted litigation attorneys with 57 years post-articles experience, specializing in High Court litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong advocacy skills, sound legal knowledge, and proven experience managing complex litigation matters.

• Educational Qualification: LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Professional Status: Admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in good standing with the Legal Practice Council.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years post‑article experience with proven expertise in Commercial Law Litigation. Must possess exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Technical Skills: Electronically proficient.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective client and team interactions.
• Approach: Proactive, solution‑focused mind-set with a track record of handling complex legal issues and project management.

• Legal Advice: Provide expert counsel in Commercial Law.
• Drafting: Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and briefs in High Court matters.
• Research & Compliance: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes through diligent research, ensuring legal practices remain at the forefront.
