Junior Tax Administrator

Salary: Market-related

Job Duties:

• Assist with preparation and submission of tax returns (individuals and companies)
• Capture and maintain accurate tax records and client information
• Assist with VAT, PAYE, and provisional tax calculations
• Liaise with SARS regarding submissions, queries, and follow-ups
• Track tax deadlines and ensure timely compliance
• Support senior tax consultants with administrative and compliance tasks
• Maintain filing systems (electronic and manual)
• Respond to basic client tax queries under supervision

Requirements:

• Matric (Accounting or Mathematics advantageous)
• Relevant diploma or studying towards a tax/accounting qualification – advantageous
• No or limited tax experience required (training provided)
• Basic understanding of taxation principles is a plus
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, email)
