Our client specializes in projects for the mining industry.

• Design, develop, and implement electrical and instrumentation system for industrial mining plants projects.
• Develop and review single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and P&IDs for control and automation systems.
• Specify and select electrical equipment, instrumentation, and control systems ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Develop PLC, SCADA, and DCS system requirements and work with automation engineers for integration.
• Lead E&I engineering activities from concept to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Pr.Eng/Pr.Tech.Eng registration is advantageous

• Minimum of 5 years experience within the field of E&I and control systems engineering and construction within a project based environment.
• Proven track record in project management and team leadership within an engineering environment.
• E&I (HV, MV & LV) and control systems design, deliverables, construction and application in large industrial plants.
• Hands on experience with PLC, SCADA, and DCS programming is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret basic E, C & I drawings.
• Proficient in the use of the E-plan for E, C & I design is advantageous.
• Level 2 system understanding is advantageous.
• Commissioning experience is advantageous.

R800K R1,2m CTC (negotiable)
