JOB PURPOSE
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements, industry regulations, and company policies. The role maintains the integrity of payroll data, supports audit processes, and provides efficient resolution of payroll-related queries.
Process end-to-end payroll functions accurately
and timeously
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and
statutory requirements i.e. MIBCO
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES
Matric with a Payroll Diploma or equivalent qualification
Proven experience working on Sage 300 Payroll Professional system
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar payroll administration role
Motor Industry experience will be distinct advantage, especially at dealership level with MIBCO
Advanced computer literacy, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Strong communication skills
The role is open to all suitable South African candidates who meet the recruitment criteria.

Must be proficient in both English and a local South African language.

Have a valid Drivers Licence

Although all suitable applications will be considered, it is preferred that the individual is based in the East Rand or close to the dealership.
