Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring seamless procurement, manufacturing coordination, and inventory availability across all starting materials and finished goods. This role is central to operational efficiency, cost control, supplier management, and ensuring compliance with food safety systems.

  • Ensure procurement activities are aligned with food safety compliance (FSSC

  • Manufacturing Coordination
  • Monitor production lead times and escalate risks proactively
  • Systems & Compliance
  • Ensure full traceability and audit readiness for all procurement and production
activity
  • Standardize documentation across all company systems
Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or production coordination (3+ years preferred), ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG or food environment
  • Strong Excel and systems proficiency.
o Cin7 Core (formerly Dear Inventory) ERP System
o ClickUp for task- and project-management

o Microsoft 365
