The Role:
Were looking for a dynamic, driven, and people-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Youll manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing top talent to matching them with the right roles and play a key part in helping both clients and candidates succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
- Negotiate offers and close successful placements
- Meet and exceed performance targets
- Ability to build a desk from scratch
Requirements: â Proven experience in recruitment or a strong sales/customer service background and demonstrate billings record
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsâ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
â Strong organizational and time management abilities
â Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
