In this role, you will:

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Negotiate and secure profitable contracts with clients and transport providers.
• Manage allocated volumes and optimize transportation efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to changing conditions.
• Oversee daily and monthly budgets, ensuring profitability.
• Proactively communicate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain.

To be successful, you'll have:

• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or a similar role within the transport industry.
• A relevant qualification (degree or diploma) in logistics or a related field (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the road transport industry in Southern Africa.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and logistics software.
• A willingness to travel and solve problems after hours.
