Industrial Property Scout - Urgently Required

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Industrial Property Scout to support our busy real-estate team. This is a hands-on admin/marketing support role focused on keeping our property listings visible and up to date and helping us bring in new stock.

• Upload and manage property listings across various online portals.
• Prepare and update marketing materials for properties.
• Arrange and put up “For Sale” / “To Let” boards at properties.
• Assist with sourcing and onboarding new properties to list.
• Maintain accurate property records and files.
• Provide administrative support to the sales/rental team as needed.

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license essential (to visit properties and erect boards).
• Age 20 - 30 years as this is an entry level role

• Base salary of R6 000 per month.
• Commission on new property listings and other incentives.
• Exposure to the property industry and opportunity to grow with the team.
