Location: Strand, Western Cape (Remote with site and office visits as required)
Salary: R15,000 R20,000
Matric / Grade 12 essential
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Tender Admin Specialist to manage tender processes within the protective clothing and safety equipment industry. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong administrative ability, industry knowledge, and excellent organisational skills.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in the protective clothing and safety equipment industry
Strong knowledge of PPE and agricultural equipment suppliers and productsMatric / Grade 12 essential
Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, compile, and submit tenders accurately and timeously
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and documentation standardsMaintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Track submission performance, deadlines, and processing volumes
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and site contacts as required
