Code 10 Driver with PDP

• Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
• Valid Code 10 Driver's Licence.
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP/PrDP).
• Minimum 35 years' experience driving an 8-ton truck.
• Sound knowledge of road traffic regulations and transport legislation.
• Good knowledge of local and regional routes.
• Contactable employment references.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and offloading.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel long distances when required.

• Safely operate an 8-ton truck for collections and deliveries.
• Transport goods to customers and suppliers according to scheduled routes.
• Load and offload goods safely and securely.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and complete pre-trip checklists.
• Ensure cargo is properly secured before departure.
• Maintain accurate delivery notes, trip sheets, and logbooks.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or breakdowns immediately.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in a roadworthy condition.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and collections.
