Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the used car sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from customer engagement to deal closure.
• Ensure the maintenance of high-quality customer service standards.
• Collaborate with the dealership management to analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Sourcing stock and ensuring dealer has sufficient stock at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in used car sales management.
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and customer behaviour.
