Capturing and Credit Control Manager

A dynamic organisation is looking for an experienced Manager: Capturing & Credit Control to oversee and manage the daily operations of both departments. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams, ensure accuracy in financial processes, and support both Finance and Operations.

You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, managing credit control functions, and ensuring smooth communication across branches and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage changes to client accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Oversee daily operations of Capturing & Credit Control departments
• Delegate tasks and manage team performance
• Maintain and update pricelists on internal systems
• Liaise with branches, agents, managers, and zone managers
• Compile reports on performance, statistics, and targets
• Build and maintain operational and financial reports
• Handle batch creation and refund processes
• Compile information packs for investigations
• Manage SMS portal processes (including SMS sheet creation)
• Assist Finance and Operations with journals (debits/credits)
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required
• Travel when required

Job Experience and Skills Required: Grade 12 (essential)
