Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and provide regular updates on vehicle repairs and service progress.
- Open and administer estimates, repair orders, and job cards.
- Obtain customer approvals and ensure accurate costing and invoicing of completed work.
- Coordinate with workshop staff, technicians, and the parts department to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Verify warranty, service plan, and maintenance plan coverage and process related administration.
- Monitor workshop workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Promote service campaigns and identify upselling opportunities where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding vehicle release, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Advisor within a commercial vehicle, truck, automotive, or dealership environment.
- Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence.
- Computer literate with strong administrative capabilities.
- Experience working with workshop management systems and dealership processes will be advantageous.
