The Role: Contract Sales RepresentativeThis role focuses on driving contract sales across multiple branches, growing the service portfolio, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key part in securing new service agreements, managing renewals, and ensuring client satisfaction while working closely with operations and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and secure new service contract opportunities
- Manage and grow the existing service portfolio across assigned regions
- Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and gain insights into service needs
- Prepare, present, and negotiate service contract proposals
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual terms
- Monitor contract performance, renewals, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of offers, renewals, and contract statuses
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the contract sales process
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or contract sales environment
- Proven ability to close deals and grow a service-based portfolio
- Experience in commercial or technical industries preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
