- Experience creating video or interactive content
- Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
- 2+ years experience as a Product Specialist, Technical Writer, Product Writer, or similar role
- Background in software or a tech-related environment
- Exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is advantageous
