- Matic
- Bookkeeping qualification
- Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience as a Bookkeeper
- Solid communication skills
- Computer software skills
Duties:
- Monthly Accounting: VAT & PAYE
- Bookkeeping to Balance Sheet
- VAT processing
- VAT submissions on SARS
- E-filing
- Set up of payments to SARS
- Payroll and salary calculations
- Weekly and monthly payslips
- PAYE / EMP 201 submissions
- Monthly Management Accounts
- VAT and sales reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
- SARS queries
- VAT reviews and audits, disputes and objections
- UIF registrations and queries
- Workmens Compensation registration and queries
- EMP 501
- Reconciliations
- IRP5's & IT3as
- AFS & audit file preparation
- Full Debtors and Creditors
