- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a production supervisory role within a plastics manufacturing environment
- Technical qualification in plastics manufacturing or production management – advantageous
- Hands-on experience working with injection moulding machines is essential
- Strong understanding of mould changes, machine settings, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control processes
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work shifts and in a high-pressure manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
