Internal Sales - Bearings

As leaders in providing high-quality bearings and solutions to a diverse range of industries, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
2. Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivery.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range to effectively advise customers on the best solutions for their needs.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust through excellent service.
5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
6. Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a proactive and professional manner, striving for swift resolution.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and Pastel is advantageous.

Salary:

• R10 000 - R13 000 Cost to Company - Dependent on qualification and experience
