Data Engineer - Hybrid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring data is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines that ingest and transform data from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations.
• Deliver findings in an accessible manner to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Continuously improve data quality, accuracy, and process efficiency.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Maintain and secure data systems, ensuring APIs are integrated with maximum uptime and adherence to security protocols.
• Uphold robust security measures to protect sensitive data.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Data Engineering or related roles (e.g., Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Architect).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
• Proven ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and create compelling data solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, flexibility, and multi-tasking abilities.
