Minimum requirements:

  • BCom in Accounting / Finance (Honours or SAICA/ACCA articles beneficial)
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance and HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP & Local GAAP
  • Proven ability to prepare and review financial statements
  • Skilled in GL management, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Experience coordinating internal & external audits.
  • Working knowledge of SARS, VAT, PAYE, UIF, COIDA compliance
  • Hands-on with payroll processing and HR operations
  • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
  • Confident leader and collaborator across finance, HR, and operations
