â 35 years' sales experience within Banking, Financial Services or Merchant Acquiringâ Minimum 2 years' experience leading or coaching a sales team
â Strong B2B sales and business development experience
â A motivating leader with exceptional coaching skills
â Commercially driven with a passion for developing people
