Qualification
- Matric
- Relevant qualification in Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 5 Years' experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within the FMCG food manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing day and night shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
- Strong production planning and scheduling experience.
- Good understanding of factory maintenance principles and equipment management.
- Sound knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
