Finance Manager/Finance Lead

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a reporting function for a large organisation within a group;
• Ability to build strong relationships and support teams across multiple functions under very difficult circumstances to deliver on pre-determined targets;
• Strong communication and excellent writing and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management;
• Experience in working with cross functional teams in delivering data in compliance with regulation into a structured and controlled environment subject to external assurance.
• Experience of non-financial reporting and knowledge of relevant reporting frameworks (CSRD and ISSB)
• Ability to influence alignment across geographically dispersed teams without direct authority

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent

Key performance indicators:

• Successful ESG reporting including complete, accurate and timely submission of ESG data to Group
• Compliance to Group-wide policies and processes
• Independent assurance levels achieved as set in line with ESG committee ambition
