This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive legal advisory and compliance oversight across a diverse group structure. You will support business operations by managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory adherence, and providing commercially sound legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
You will engage with executive leadership, manage contracts and litigation processes, and drive compliance with key legislation including corporate, financial, and gaming regulations. The role also carries responsibility for governance support, lease management, trust administration, and insurer liaison, making it both strategic and hands-on.

What You’ll Do- Provide legal advice across corporate, commercial, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation across multiple jurisdictions
- Oversee corporate governance processes and board support activities
- Manage litigation, claims, and insurer engagements
- Monitor and advise on lease agreements and renewals
- Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory changes
- Support trust administration and related legal processes
- Drive internal implementation of new legislation and compliance frameworks
- LLB degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal advisory or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of contract law, company law, and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of gambling law, insurance law, and financial services regulation
- Familiarity with pension fund and trust legislation
- Strong analytical, drafting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex business environment
- Legal risks are proactively identified and effectively mitigated
- Contracts and agreements are robust, compliant, and commercially sound
- The business remains fully compliant with all relevant legislation
- Governance processes run smoothly with strong executive support
- Litigation and claims are managed efficiently with minimal exposure
