Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Pre-Arrival Inspection (at least 24 hours prior)- Verify cleanliness and condition of furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
- Conduct inventory check (kitchen items, linens, etc.).
- Document findings in Pre-Occupation Inspection Report for guest review and signature.
- Ensure property cleanliness and account for personal items.
- Note damage to furniture, fixtures, or appliances.
- Verify inventory.
- Document findings in Exit Inspection Report for guest review and signature.
- Maintain daily reports on property concerns (maintenance, cleanliness, damages, missing items).
- Immediately notify the Owner of damaged or missing item issues.
