- Drive revenue performance through effective yield and inventory management, working closely with the Lodge Sales Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Manage all booking channels, guest communication platforms, and relationships with external partners.
- Handle VIP bookings and special requests with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure accurate reporting, data management, and system maintenance within Protel Air.
- Collaborate with department heads to align on guest services, operations, and overall lodge standards.
- Contribute to management meetings with reports, insights, and recommendations.
