• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional
• Monitor and record clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate staff
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
