Client Liaison Officer (Manufacturing)

What Youll Be Doing (Besides Being The Glue Between Clients And Operations):

• Receiving and processing client orders without missing a beat (or a batch)
• Using your MRP know-how to keep production on point
• Updating daily MSA like clockwork
• Ordering stock, creating pick slips and generating dispatch notes
• Ensuring no batch misalignment (because in manufacturing, timing is everything)
• Keeping communication between operations and clients as smooth as a perfectly tempered chocolate bar

Youre Our Perfect Recipe If You Have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification
• 5+ years solid manufacturing industry experience (you know the cycle inside-out)
• Exceptional client liaison & communication skills (you speak both "client" and "operations" fluently)
• Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas and VLOOKUPs are your second language)
• Knowledge of SAP or Sage (essential)
