Recruitment Consultant

Frank Consult is expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of a 360 desk — from winning clients to placing top talent.

This is a headhunting-focused role for someone who thinks commercially, works independently, and delivers quality over volume.

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk from business development to placement.
• Source and secure new clients through proactive business development.
• Headhunt and engage high-quality, hard-to-find candidates.
• Build strong client and candidate relationships.
• Deliver well-qualified shortlists with a focus on quality.
• Manage interviews, offers, and placements end-to-end.

• Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate independently.
• Proven or strong ability in business development.
• High standards in candidate quality and delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven, accountable, and comfortable in a performance environment.

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a 360 role.
• Proven track record in placements and client management.
• Headhunting experience is essential.
