Software Implementation Engineer - Financial Services Technology
This role suits someone who enjoys both the technical and practical side of software. You will work closely with clients, unpack their requirements, and configure systems that support how they run their operations. You will be involved throughout the delivery process, from early discussions through to rollout and ongoing support.

Role Description
You will take part in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring software to meet client needs. This includes working with low-code tools, SQL databases, and web-based interfaces to build integrated systems.
You will test and refine solutions alongside your team, ensuring everything performs as expected before deployment. You will also be involved in rolling out solutions across different environments and supporting clients as they begin using them.
Client interaction is a key part of the role. You will explain how systems work, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure clients are comfortable using the solutions delivered.
You will contribute to documentation, support ongoing improvements, and take part in team discussions around design and delivery approaches.
Requirements- BSc, BEng or BCom degree with IT-related majors
- Degree from a recognised university
- Strong academic results with an average of 70% or higher
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Exposure to scripting or software configuration is advantageous
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
- Comfortable working with clients and managing multiple tasks
- High attention to detail, especially when working with sensitive data
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to handle responsibility
