ð¢ What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage and coordinate import and export documentation, including:
- Customs documents, Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin
- Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading
- Ensure full compliance with international shipping and trade protocols
- Assist with processing orders, contracts, and client documentation using templates
- Work with internal systems to process orders and invoices (training provided if needed)
- Liaise with freight agents, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations

- Experience in logistics or import/export administration
- Solid understanding of international shipping documentation and protocols
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
