Marketing Assistant / Communication Co-ordinator

Location: Bellville | Type: Full-Time | Department: Member Relations | Reports to: Head of Marketing & Sales

Were looking for a highly organised, emotionally intelligent, and brand-aligned individual to support our Member Relations Manager and work closely with our visionary Founder.

What You'll Do

Coordinate brand-aligned gifting, travel logistics, and promotional ordering
Draft scripts, build PowerPoints, and assist with content for the Founders keynotes
Repurpose leftover promo stock creatively and meaningfully
Support event logistics (packing lists, visuals, studio setup)
Be a sounding board, a right hand, and a brand guardian especially when the Member Relations Manager is away
Send personal messages and help execute high-touch communications with polish
Capture what others miss: subtle cues, brand tone, and the heartbeat of the COMPANY Member

You understand discretion, decorum, and brand alignment down to the last detail

Qualifications & Tools

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or similar
Experience with InDesign, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools a strong advantage
24 years experience supporting executives, marketing, or creative teams
