A well-established manufacturing company based in Germiston is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their finance team and oversee 3 staff. This role is ideally suited to a hands-on individual who is comfortable managing the full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance and working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full bookkeeping function (Books to Trial Balance)
- Debtors and Creditors management
- Bank and cashbook reconciliations
- Processing journals
- VAT and statutory submissions
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Preparing information for auditors
- General financial administration
- Oversee team
Minimum Requirements:
- Min 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Experience working on accounting software (e.g. Sage / Pastel / Xero / similar)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with VAT and reconciliations
- Relevant qualification (advantageous but not essential)

- Strong communication skills
