Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based in the Cellar Department, at the Gqeberha, Production Plant. The successful applicant will report to the Cellar Controller.

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of pumps, filters and pipe lines.
• Tank reading and sampling as required.
• Maintaining effective 5S housekeeping and safety practices.
• Filtration / Blending and other general cellar duties as and when required.
• C.I.P. Tanks
• Active involvement in the departments MDT
• Ensure highest possible productivity in the workplace
• Assisting with stock take

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

• 1-3 years Proven experience in a Cellar environment
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and cope with the physical demands of the position
• Knowledge of safe working procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential with good product knowledge.
• Must be an action & self-driven, motivated person
• Team player.
• Proven numerical; verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A desire to achieve beyond expectations.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts and overtime.

Qualification required: Grade 12
