Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end customer operations, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery coordination.
Drive client satisfaction by monitoring and improving SLA performance.
Create and maintain customer SLA documents, managing order expectations effectively.
Utilise internal systems to process customer actions and provide timely feedback to sales teams.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, resolving issues promptly.
Develop proficiency in ERP systems to optimise order processing efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order entries, invoices, and dispatch specifications.
Promote procedural compliance among stakeholders and represent the company at client meetings, driving positive change in customer service excellence.
