Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group has an exciting vacancy for an Operations Manager to join the KZN Team. This position will report to the Regional Manager. The successful incumbent must have peoples skills and excellent customer service skills.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Business Management Qualification or Related
3. 5 years experience in a similar role
5 years experience in a diverse Hygiene Service Delivery Environment at a Managerial Level
Compliance/Statutory Requirements (knowledge, understanding and or Training)
Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) HACCP and Any other relevant Legislation
Good communication and customer service skills

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure minimum standards are adhered to by the operations and manage non conformance.
Scheduling and monitoring job completion.
Management of fleet vehicle.
Oversee the operations, meeting regularly with both the clients and the operations, utilising the service level agreement to monitor compliance.
Attend to matters arising, focusing on the customer and client satisfaction and ultimately client loyalty (engage in client relations initiatives).
Negotiate contract terms with clients and suppliers.
Monitor the operations administrative work ensuring information is complete, reliable, accessible, timely and accurate including payroll variations, financial book work, health safety and security records as well as employee records.
Contribute to operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement production productivity, quality and customer service standards.
Participate in audits.
